Quem Somos
A ONÁ foi fundada por duas irmãs que acreditam ser possível desenvolver uma Comunidade que Cuida.
Entendemos o cuidado como prática coletiva e como estrutura relacional, não um gesto pontual. A presença é convocada como atitude ética para sustentar processos e para ampliar a percepção antes da ação. Buscamos o equilíbrio entre acolhimento e implicação como formas de sustentar conversas difíceis com firmeza e humanidade. Portanto, compreendemos que a presença, a responsabilidade e o conhecimento são base de nossas estratégias para desenvolver a cultura do cuidado e a saúde emocional nas organizações.
